1. Executive Summary

AI Garden is an AI-powered NFT creation platform and marketplace. Users direct the creation of their own NFTs and characters through advanced AI systems, and the result is more than an image. It becomes an owned character or artwork with metadata, provenance, memory, collection context, and a place inside a growing ecosystem.

AI Garden is not a bulk generative drop. Collections are not pre-rendered in volume by a creator and sold off a queue. Each mint comes from the collector’s own direction inside collection-specific generation, metadata, and lore systems, and the token stays connected to the platform around it: character memory, chat, battles, side quests, autonomous agents, video and media generation, marketplace functions, and persistent world state where a collection supports it.

Chains. AI Garden began on Supra, and every AI Garden collection launched to date is a Supra collection. Those collections remain on Supra and continue to be supported. AI Garden is now expanding into a multichain platform: Signal Ghosts is being built as the first AI Garden collection intended for Solana. Signal Ghosts is still in development. It has not launched, and no AI Garden collection is available to mint on Solana today.

The platform now spans multiple lanes:

• AI for Creation: prompt-driven art and media generation using gpt-image-1, gpt-image-1.5, gpt-image-2, and gpt-image-2.5-sunburst, depending on the collection.
• AI for Enrichment: visual analysis, naming, traits, rarity scoring, metadata construction, and collection-specific interpretation.
• AI for Narrative: lore engines, saga memory, battles, side quests, and evolving collection histories.
• AI for Interaction: NFT chat, agent-driven activity, holder experiences, and persona continuity.
• AI for Autonomy: collection agents that can propose, mint, burn, and evolve characters under controlled rules.

Supra provides provenance, ownership, payments, and collection contracts for every launched AI Garden collection. Solana infrastructure — wallet connection, NFT minting and metadata, collection setup, and marketplace support — is under active development alongside it and is not yet in public production use. IPFS-backed media, PostgreSQL state, Celery workers, and collection-specific contracts work together to make each mint feel simple to the user while preserving reliability behind the scenes.

Rights & Licensing: AI Garden owns platform-generated images and media, while NFT holders receive a transferable commercial-use license tied to token ownership. Re-minting, trademark use, and unauthorized model training remain restricted.

2. Vision: From Static NFTs to Living Worlds

Static NFTs end when the artwork is revealed. AI Garden starts there.

The platform is built around the idea that ownership can connect to personality, lore, gameplay, marketplace value, and autonomous worldbuilding. Collectors do not simply hold images. They hold characters, artworks, companions, memories, and future access points inside an expanding creative system.

The long-term goal is not just to launch individual collections. It is to build the infrastructure for AI-native digital worlds where:

• art can be generated and understood,
• characters can speak and remember,
• collections can evolve after mint,
• ownership can unlock experiences,
• and creators can eventually launch their own AI-powered collections through AI Garden.

3. System Architecture

Mint route: Wallet → Backend → Celery → generation → analysis and metadata → Pinata → chain fulfillment → Database → Owner Cache → Lore / Chat / Gallery.

The chain step is not a single fixed destination. Each collection declares the chain and contract model it uses, and the backend routes that collection’s reservations, fulfillment, ownership verification, and marketplace calls to the matching chain lane. Every collection currently in production resolves to Supra. The Solana lane exists in the codebase and is in development.

The user sees a clean mint flow. Behind it is a multi-stage system designed around idempotency, confirmed on-chain state, and recovery from partial failures.

4. Living NFTs & AI Personas

AI Garden NFTs are designed as more than tokenized media. Many are interactive personas with identity and continuity.

• Memory Stack: stores chats, lore appearances, battles, side quests, ownership history, and lifecycle events.
• Voice Layer: uses collection-specific persona prompts so each NFT speaks from the right world and tone.
• Owner Interaction: collectors can talk with supported NFTs and build persistent conversational context.
• World Context: characters can appear in collection lore, cross-reference other characters, and participate in dynamic events.
• Lifecycle Events: supported collections can include autonomous spawns, fallen states, burns, and agent-driven narrative changes.

Not every collection uses the same persona structure. Dream Protocol is more art-forward. Tiny Legends is saga-forward. Kaibutsu Chronicles and Mamoru share the Yomikai ecosystem. Fractured Echo is a companion collection linked to Dream Protocol. The architecture supports all of these without flattening them into one generic experience.

5. Collections & Worlds

AI Garden is now a multi-collection platform with several distinct creative lanes. Each collection carries its own chain and its own launch status.

The platform is not trying to make every collection behave the same way. Each collection has its own creative rules, contract logic, prompt style, and collector purpose.

6. Lore Engine & Saga Memory

The Lore Engine is the narrative layer that keeps living collections coherent.

It can:

• generate origin entries,
• write chapter summaries,
• track recurring characters,
• connect battles and side quests,
• preserve collection-specific tone,
• avoid cross-contaminating worlds,
• and store long-term saga memory for future references.

Tiny Legends uses mythic fantasy continuity. Kaibutsu Chronicles and Mamoru share Yomikai, with Kanjishi serving as the collection authority. Dream Protocol remains more symbolic and art-centered, so its narrative footprint is handled differently.

The core principle is simple: AI Garden should remember what it creates.

7. Autonomous Agents

AI Garden includes collection agents that can act inside defined boundaries.

Agent activity is not treated as random background noise. It is designed as a controlled system with collection policies, cooldowns, ownership checks, proposal stages, and application stages.

Autonomous agents can help collections keep moving after launch by introducing new characters, changing lifecycle state, and giving the world a sense that it exists even when no user is actively minting.

8. Battles & Side Quests

Battles and side quests are dynamic event loops that give characters a history after mint.

Battles

• collection-aware pairing rules,
• cinematic image and video prompt generation,
• outcome summaries,
• battle logs,
• collection-specific tone,
• support for Tiny Legends and Yomikai-style battles.

Side Quests

• solo story arcs,
• generated scenes,
• narrative summaries,
• persistent memory effects,
• possible lifecycle consequences for autonomous characters.

These systems are no longer just decorative add-ons. They are part of how AI Garden turns an NFT into an evolving digital character.

9. Minting, Rarity & Metadata

AI Garden’s minting pipeline is built to avoid phantom NFTs and broken metadata.

The system is designed around:

• reservation flows,
• payment verification,
• OpenAI generation,
• image analysis,
• trait extraction,
• rarity scoring,
• IPFS pinning,
• metadata generation,
• confirmed on-chain transaction state,
• gallery insertion only after valid mint completion,
• owner cache reconciliation.

For collections using on-chain sequential minting, edition numbers are resolved from the contract rather than guessed by the UI. For companion collections like Fractured Echo, display edition and chain mint index are treated carefully so the platform does not overwrite the parent edition namespace.

The result should be simple for collectors: mint, confirm, see the NFT. The complexity stays inside the system.

10. Supra Integration

Supra is AI Garden’s original chain and the home of every AI Garden collection launched to date. Those collections stay on Supra. Adding a second chain is expansion, not migration: no Supra collection is being moved, wound down, or replaced.

Supra is used for:

• collection contracts,
• fixed and companion minting,
• reservations and fulfillment,
• paid features,
• marketplace actions,
• ownership verification,
• mainnet and testnet deployment lanes.

The backend routes collection activity through explicit module mappings, profiles, RPC choices, and contract functions. This matters because each collection can have different network, mint, marketplace, and agent requirements.

Supra ownership, minting, marketplace actions, paid features, and autonomous agent systems remain part of AI Garden and continue to be developed. The infrastructure is designed to support new Supra collections without rewriting the platform from scratch each time.

11. Solana Expansion & Signal Ghosts

AI Garden is building Solana support as an additional chain lane. This work is in active development. It is not a public production launch, and no AI Garden collection is live or mintable on Solana.

Signal Ghosts is the first AI Garden collection planned for Solana. It is in development and has not launched. Supply, price, release timing, and any holder mechanics are not final and are not published here.

The work currently in the repository covers:

• Solana wallet connection,
• NFT minting and metadata issuance using SPL Token and Metaplex Token Metadata,
• collection setup and on-chain collection verification,
• marketplace instructions for listing, bidding, and settlement,
• Creator Studio groundwork built on the same Solana foundation.

These components run against development clusters. They are not serving public mints, and production configuration, review, and launch process remain ahead of the work.

The design intent is that the AI Garden experience stays coherent across chains — the same creation flow, character systems, lore, gallery, and marketplace surfaces — while each collection keeps its own chain-specific contract and settlement implementation underneath.

12. Cross-Chain Direction

AI Garden expects the Supra and Solana sides of the platform to connect over time rather than run as two unrelated products. Shared identity, shared character systems, shared lore surfaces, and one marketplace experience across chains are the direction of the work.

AI Garden also intends for existing Supra holders to benefit from the broader ecosystem expansion. The mechanics have not been decided. There is no announced allocation, entitlement, snapshot, date, or formula, and nothing should be assumed until it is finalized and published.

13. Marketplace, Ownership & Crystara

AI Garden supports first-party marketplace work and external marketplace visibility.

The platform tracks:

• ownership,
• object IDs,
• owner cache rows,
• listings,
• bids,
• accepted offers,
• collection identity,
• chain metadata,
• transfer-aware visibility.

Crystara integration remains important for discovery and external trading, but AI Garden also keeps building its own marketplace and ownership stack so NFTs can be understood inside the world they belong to, not only as marketplace objects.

The owner cache is especially important. For a user’s “My NFTs” view to work reliably, the platform needs accurate chain_object_id, wallet ownership, edition, collection, and validity state.

14. Creator Studio on Solana

AI Garden’s next major platform expansion is the Creator Studio, and AI Garden is building it for Solana. The goal is that approved creators can eventually design and launch their own custom AI-powered NFT collections using AI Garden’s generation, metadata, minting, and marketplace infrastructure, instead of assembling that stack themselves.

Creator Studio is in development and has not launched publicly. It is not open to creators, and no creator collection has been launched through it.

The work requires:

• collection factory and mint programs on Solana,
• creator ownership and royalty rules,
• mint page generation,
• moderation review,
• collection-specific prompt configuration,
• metadata and IPFS automation,
• marketplace compatibility,
• analytics,
• and clear permission boundaries.

Creator Studio shares the Solana minting and metadata foundation being built for Signal Ghosts, so the two efforts advance the same infrastructure. That code currently runs against development clusters and is not serving public mints.

The long-term idea stays the same: creators bring the concept, AI Garden provides the rails.

15. Future Platform Token

AI Garden has no platform token today. No AI Garden platform token has launched on Supra. No AI Garden platform token has launched on Solana. No token name, ticker, chain, supply, allocation, or launch date has been finalized, and nothing in the ecosystem should be read as a token offering.

A platform token remains future roadmap work. Its intended role would be utility and coordination inside the ecosystem, not short-term speculation. Utility areas under consideration include:

• holder and creator rewards,
• platform participation,
• governance,
• launch access,
• AI generation credits,
• marketplace incentives.

These are directions under consideration, not commitments. Any token work would follow stronger marketplace foundations, creator tools, legal review, and sustainable distribution planning, and details will be announced only once they are finalized.

16. Security & Resilience

AI Garden’s backend is built around reliability because NFT minting cannot be treated like a normal web form.

Current resilience patterns include:

• idempotent payment and mint tracking,
• transaction confirmation before final gallery insertion,
• collection locks,
• owner cache rebuilds,
• Crystara fast refreshes,
• retryable Celery workflows,
• network-aware Supra profile routing,
• chain object ID reconciliation,
• metadata repair paths,
• wallet submit guards,
• environment separation between local, testnet, mainnet, Render, and Hetzner.

The system is not perfect, but the architecture is moving in the right direction: fewer phantom rows, clearer recovery paths, and stronger alignment between database state and chain state.

17. Strategic Collaborations

AI Garden’s ecosystem is shaped around several key lanes:

• Supra: core blockchain infrastructure and Move contract layer for every launched collection.
• Solana: additional chain lane in development, starting with Signal Ghosts.
• Crystara: external marketplace discovery, listing visibility, and ownership reconciliation.
• Creator partners: future collection launches powered by AI Garden infrastructure.

The strategic goal is to make AI Garden both a destination for collectors and a launch platform for creators.

18. Cultural Impact

AI Garden is built around a simple cultural shift: digital ownership should be more than static possession.

A living NFT can be:

• a character,
• a companion,
• a memory object,
• a worldbuilding seed,
• a game piece,
• a marketplace asset,
• and a future access key.

That combination is the point. AI Garden is not only creating images. It is building the systems that let images become worlds.

Appendix A: Policy & Legal Snapshot

IP & Licensing

• Ownership of Platform Works: Images, animations, captions, lore, quest media, battle media, metadata, and related platform-generated works are owned by AI Garden unless separate written terms say otherwise.
• Holder License: The current NFT holder receives a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, non-sublicensable license to display, reproduce, and commercially exploit the specific work tied to the NFT.
• Restrictions: No re-minting or tokenizing the work or derivatives on any chain. No AI Garden trademark use without permission. No implying endorsement. No unauthorized model training by holders or third parties.
• Transfer: The holder license transfers with the NFT and terminates for the prior holder when the NFT is transferred or burned.
• User Prompts & Uploads: Users retain ownership of their prompt text and uploads, while granting AI Garden rights needed to operate, moderate, adapt, generate, and incorporate submissions into platform works and lore.

This appendix is a non-binding summary. The Terms of Service govern in the event of conflict.

19. Conclusion

AI Garden is building toward a future where NFTs are not disposable generated images. They are user-created characters and worlds that are owned, remembered, interactive, tradable, and alive inside a larger system.

The platform already includes the core pieces:

• user-directed AI creation,
• Supra minting across every launched collection,
• IPFS metadata,
• living personas and character memory,
• lore memory,
• battles and side quests,
• companion collections,
• autonomous agents,
• marketplace infrastructure,
• and a path toward creator-launched collections.

The current stage is multichain expansion. The Supra ecosystem keeps running and keeps being developed. Solana infrastructure is being built alongside it, with Signal Ghosts as the first collection planned for that chain, still in development and not yet launched. Connections between the two sides of the ecosystem are intended, with mechanics still to be decided.

The focus is the same on either chain: living digital characters and worlds that a collector helped create, not a folder of pre-generated images.

Every mint is a seed. Every seed is a story. The Garden awaits.
